Privacy
Shopenny keeps as little personal data as possible, and what it keeps stays in the EU. This is a draft pending legal review.
Draft — this text still needs a legal review before the public launch.
What we store
If you set a deal alert, we store your e-mail address, the categories you chose and the moment you signed up. Nothing else — no name, no address, no profile.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics at launch. When analytics lands, it will be privacy-friendly and it will ask first.
Why we may e-mail you
Only to send the alert you asked for. You can unsubscribe from every e-mail, and we delete the address when you ask.
Who processes it
A hosting provider in the EU, a database provider in the EU, and an e-mail provider once the confirmation mail ships. The full list with the agreements is maintained internally and available on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we answer within the legal term.
Shop data is not personal data
The pages about shops describe companies, not people: the window they published, their payment methods, their address on their own site. We keep the source of each fact in our own record.
